In the kitchen with the renowned Sigurdur Helgason is executive sous chef, Atli Þor Erlendsson. Together they create extraordinary menus with a careful consideration to each season. Their dishes are constructed of the freshest and best in-season ingredients available; Icelandic specialties mixed with a selection of exclusive flavors. Allow the chefs to surprise you with a menu from the best seasonal products from the market each day. The courses are a journey for the senses and you can choose between a 3 course menu, 4 course menu or the full Grillid culinary experience with a 7 course menu. Specially selected cheeses can be added to the menu. We also offer a seasonal vegetarian three course menu from the finest ingredients available. The sommelier selects wine for each of the dishes on the surprise menu and they form as one of the spices that create the ultimate experience in taste There is of course A la carte menu also available in the restaurant but as it is based on the freshest in season products it changes frequently.
